Sarah Highstone LLC provides personalized career advising and consulting services for college students, recent college graduates, young professionals, parents, guardians, and relatives. Services may include career exploration, career assessments, internship and job search strategy, resumes and cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, networking guidance, interview preparation, graduate school advising, and related career development support. Our services are educational and advisory in nature and are designed to help students make informed career decisions and strengthen their career readiness.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we are committed to providing expert guidance and personalized support, Sarah Highstone LLC does not guarantee employment, internship offers, admissions decisions, salaries, interviews, or specific career outcomes. Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the coaching sessions, the content provided during sessions, or the use of the materials relating to such materials.

Career success depends on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, employer decisions, individual effort, academic performance, timing, and economic conditions. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releases from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that may incur­ in the services provided by Sarah Highstone LLC, whether caused by negligence of the releases or otherwise.

5. Personalized Guidance

Our advising is highly personalized and based on the individual goals, background, interests, experiences, and needs of each student. Recommendations provided during Strategy Calls and Advising Sessions are intended as guidance and strategic support, not legal, financial, psychological, or academic counseling. Clients are ultimately responsible for their own decisions, applications, communications, and career outcomes.

6. Age of Access

You must be at least 18 years old to use SarahHighstone.com and engage in services with Sarah Highstone LLC. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use SarahHighstone.com and engage in services with Sarah Highstone LLC. By using SarahHighstone.com and engaging in services with Sarah Highstone LLC, you are telling us by your actions that you have obtained that permission (you are ‘representing’ and ‘warranting’ that you have obtained the appropriate permissions to use our site). IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 13, YOU MAY NOT USE SARAHHIGHSTONE.COM OR ENGAGE IN SERVICES WITH SARAH HIGHSTONE LLC IN ANY MANNER.

7. Parent & Student Collaboration

For students under 18, parental or guardian consent is required to access SarahHightone.com and engage in services with Sarah Highstone LLC. For students 18 or older, we encourage collaboration and communication between students and parents while also respecting the student’s autonomy, privacy, and personal decision-making throughout the advising process. With the student's permission, we will share information with parents about the process, including, but not limited to, appointments, scheduling, student progress, follow-ups, resources, and email and text messages.

8. Website Content

All content on SarahHighstone.com is intended for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy. Sarah Highstone LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or remove website content and services at any time without notice.
