Every student needs a clear path for getting from college to a career. But when you're flooded with countless choices, events, and opportunities during the year, it's difficult to know where to start, what to prioritize, or when to take action.
The College-to-Career Compass™ eliminates that uncertainty. It consists of two components:
The Career Strategy Profile helps you identify and clarify your goals.
A Roadmap to outline the steps you need to take to achieve those goals.
You can think of the Compass as the GPS guiding you. The Profile sets your destination, while the Roadmap identifies the key stops along the way.
Your Compass is completely personalized and tailored to you, providing a clear, actionable plan for the year, so you stay ahead, stand out, and make steady progress toward your goals.

Initial College-to-Career Compass™: $850

1. You Complete the Career Strategy Profile. You'll complete a comprehensive questionnaire designed to explore your goals and identify factors you might be overlooking. We also invite parents to complete a section to gather their insights.
2. We Create Your Compass. Based on your responses, we'll create your custom Compass. The Profile section will outline and summarize recommended career paths. The Roadmap, aligned with your Profile, will provide a semester-by-semester plan for you to implement.
3. We Meet for a Compass Review Session. In a one-on-one virtual advising session, we'll review your entire Compass to ensure it meets your goals. We'll answer your questions and make sure you feel confident in implementing it for the year.
4. Update Your Compass Annually. We recommend updating your Compass each year, as majors, career interests, and goals may change. We'll also create a new Roadmap for the upcoming year.

For students who need clarity to make confident, informed decisions about majors and careers.
Choosing a major or career path can be overwhelming, especially when you’re not sure how your strengths, skills, personality, and interests can translate into real career opportunities.
The Strong Interest Inventory® and MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) provide the clarity you need to make decisions with confidence. Unlike free online quizzes, these validated and proven assessments are administered by a certified assessment practitioner.
After completing the assessments, you'll have the insight and confidence to make important decisions about your college major, career direction, and future.
